Start Free Trial Talk to the Whoosh team
Whoosh is made by a small team in Sydney, Australia. Email us at admin@getwhoosh.ai, or find setup guides in the help centre.
How to reach us
Email the team
For general and support questions, about your store, your plan or Whoosh itself. Your email goes straight to the people who build Whoosh.
Billing and refunds
Whoosh is billed on your Shopify bill, in US dollars, after a 7-day free trial. Refunds are our decision, not Shopify’s: email us and we’ll look at it with you.
Something wrong on your store?
Email us and tell us what you see. You can also switch Whoosh off at any time: uninstall it from the Whoosh dashboard and we remove our script, so your store goes back to exactly how it was.
Agencies and partners
Refer Shopify stores to Whoosh and earn commission, or ask us about working together.
Privacy questions
Questions about your data go to the same address. Our privacy policy says what we collect and how we use it.
