Fantastic app. Super easy to setup and gives you the metrics that you really need. Already seeing our Google speed scores go through the roof. Nico has been really helpful with any questions as well.

Whoosh's numbers, and what each one means
Every store starts on a 50/50 test for its first few weeks, about a month: half the shoppers get Whoosh and half do not. Once the result is clear, it moves to 90/10, keeping 10% of shoppers as a control group so the lift stays measured. Whoosh's own figures come from these tests on client stores.
First few weeks
Once the result is clear
- A$31,000+
-
Recovered conversion revenue per month, averaged across clients with positive conversion results.
Recovered revenue is the difference in revenue between shoppers with Whoosh and shoppers without it, as the dashboard counts it. This average covers only the clients whose conversion result was positive, not every store.
- 15%+
-
The average conversion lift.
Conversion rate is the share of visits that end in an order. The lift is how much higher it is for shoppers with Whoosh than for shoppers without it, on the same store over the same weeks.
- 12%
-
Average faster page loads.
How much sooner pages load for shoppers with Whoosh, on average. It is measured on real shoppers' visits, not in a lab test.
- 100%
-
The share of clients whose bounce rate fell.
Bounce rate is the share of visits that leave from the page they landed on, without going further. It fell on every client's store.
- 78x ROI
-
The average ROI of ongoing customers.
Return on investment: what a store gets back for what its plan costs. This one is averaged across ongoing customers, the stores that have stayed on Whoosh.
- 290×
-
One client's ROI, the highest. Not an average.
The best single result so far. Read it beside the average, not instead of it.
- 6 hours
-
Pays for itself within the first 6 hours for most clients.
Counted against the plan's price: US$99 a month, or US$149 a month for Whoosh Max.

In their own words
What merchants and agencies say about Whoosh.
“The closest thing to a silver bullet in ecomm that we’ve come across. By only improving site speed, our conversion rates lifted 10% overnight.”
Drew Mansur Co-founder at TileCloud “Whoosh are obsessed with speed, and proof is in the pudding. Our load times dropped from 4.8 seconds to 1.35 seconds.”
Jaryd Leibbrandt Co-founder at Nakie “Whoosh delivered exactly what it promised: faster pages, better scores, and zero effort from our dev team. It’s one of the easiest wins we’ve had.”
Charles Hurtebize Founder at Lepicerie Agency (Veja & Gramicci AU) “I was skeptical about the revenue recovery claims, but the numbers don’t lie. We’re saving thousands of sessions every month that we previously lost to bounce. Pretty impressive for a speed optimization tool.”

Questions about results
How quickly can I see results after installing Whoosh?
It depends on the Whoosh plan you’ve chosen. Smart App Loading can impact key performance metrics such as LCP and INP immediately (note: PageSpeed Insights reflects the last 28 days of data, so don’t expect immediate changes there). AI Page Preloading relies on real user data to build an understanding of common navigation patterns, so timing for results significantly depends on the traffic your website gets. Typically, we see the effects within the first two weeks.
How do you measure the revenue Whoosh recovers?
With an A/B test on your own store. Every store starts on a 50/50 test for its first few weeks: half your shoppers get Whoosh and half don’t, and your dashboard compares conversion and revenue between the two groups. The difference is the revenue Whoosh recovers. Once the result is clear, the split moves to 90/10, keeping 10% of shoppers as a control group so the lift stays measured.
