How does payment actually work?

Commission starts once a store's free trial ends and its first invoice is paid, then accrues on every bill for 36 months. We pay every quarter, within 7 days of quarter end, by bank transfer, with a statement listing each store, the revenue received, your rate and what is owed. Whoosh bills in US$. As standard you are paid in A$ at the statement rate; another payout currency can be set with us.

What do I get on day one?

Your own partner portal: register leads, make affiliate links and codes with the offer you choose, see every statement and the one on its way, invite your team and add your logo. The live demo on this page is that portal with made-up numbers, no sign-up needed.

Can I give a store a discount?

Yes, out of your share. A link can carry no discount or 5, 10, 15 or 20% off, and a free trial of 7 days, 14 days or a month. Give 10% off and you earn 20% on that store. A store that opens your link enters its web address to claim the offer, which applies when it installs; a store given the link's code types it in Whoosh onboarding.

What if two partners refer the same store?

Register a store the moment you are talking to it. An accepted registration is protected for 90 days, extended while the conversation stays active. Where two partners can both show an introduction, the earlier accepted registration wins, and we tell both.

Can I bundle Whoosh into my own service?

Yes. Wrap it into a CRO retainer, theme service, whatever. You set the bundle price. Your 30% still applies to the Whoosh subscription.

At getwhoosh.ai/partner/, with your work email and password, or have a one-time sign-in link emailed to you. The Partner sign in button at the top of this page goes there too.

Terms Plain English. No trap doors.

Commission: 30% of Net Revenue from each eligible store, for 36 months from its first payment. Net Revenue is what the store actually pays, ex GST, net of refunds, chargebacks, credits and discounts.
Commission start: After the store's free trial (7 days as standard, or the longer trial your link carries) and its first paid invoice.
Payouts: Quarterly, within 7 days of quarter end, by bank transfer, with a statement. A store that pays a year up front is paid out within 30 days of us receiving it.
Currency and FX: Whoosh bills in US$. As standard, commission is paid in A$ at the RBA rate on the last day of the quarter; another payout currency can be set with us. Other currencies on this page are illustrative; your statement is what lands.
Deal registration: We accept or decline a registration within 10 business days, and decline stores already in our pipeline or already customers. An accepted registration is protected for 90 days, extended while it stays active. Where both sides can show an introduction, the earlier accepted registration wins.
Discounts: Up to 20% off a store's plan, in 5% steps, out of your own share. Never more than your rate, and a store keeps what it was promised.
Clawbacks: If we refund a store or lose a chargeback on revenue you were paid on, that commission comes off your next payment, or is repaid within 30 days if none is due.
Statements: Every payment comes with a statement: each store, the revenue received, your rate and the commission payable. Query it within 60 days.
Agency splits: Refer an agency reseller, and splitting your 30% with them is your call. Whatever you agree, we lock in before commission flows.
Large rollouts: Agencies with a large client roster typically take 6 to 12 months to roll Whoosh across it. Totals ramp in over that window.
Ending it: Either side may end the agreement on 90 days' written notice. Commission on stores already earning runs to the end of its term.
What counts: Your signed agreement, under the law of New South Wales, Australia. Commissions are quoted ex GST. This page describes the standard terms.
